MARCH 2020 - COVID-19 UPDATE

It is with a very heavy heart that Newson Academy must remain closed until further notice. Along with other schools and extra curricular providers this is an absolutely heart breaking decision. We are in unprecedented times and in a very weird place in the world right now. We would like to thank everyone who has sent messages of support and help. As a small business this is going to affect us greatly, and we so appreciate everyone's kind words and messages of support to help at this terrible time.

We have already started to put contingency plans into place so that as many lessons as possible can continue and so there is consistency for our students. not least because these are scary times for the young people in our care and one of the most important things we can do is try to find some consistency for them. All private lessons will be able to continue and will be taught online and we are currently putting plans into place for group classes and online workshops. Any remaining private lessons for this term will be taught online and then when we know what is happening come the end of April we will be able to assess moving forward, so please watch this homepage for updates.

We wish everyone the utmost good health and safety at this scary time.

JoAnne, Viki, Joanna, Kitty and all the team of Newson Academy

MARCH 2020 - COVID-19 UPDATE

Unfortunately, with the new guidance from Public Health and the Government, we are having to cancel our Easter Workshops at The Arbor Centre and all of our classes are suspended with immediate effect.

Please watch this space for details of our next workshops, hopefully taking place in the Summer.

Wishing you all a safe and happy Easter break and hopefully we will see you all soon.

Joanne and team.
