We run weekly drama classes for children and young people aged 4 to 18 years old in Pyrford and Maybury, Woking.  We offer a variety of classes to suit all students whether you are looking for a fun class to build confidence skills or a class for your budding stage performer.  Our classes help build confidence through drama and acting in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Every student will have the opportunity to perform in our end of term shows in July and December each year where we raise money for local charities.  We also take part in the
Woking Drama Festival in October as well as Godalming Speech and Drama Festival in March.  For students aged 5 years and over they can work towards the LAMDA Examination syllabus and gain recognised qualifications.

Infants

Year 1 to Year 2

Infants

A fun 1 hour class for our youngest students. We aim to develop their confidence, improve speech, make new friends, stimulate their imagination and encourage creativity. Children will learn a range of dramatic skills through improvisation, poetry, plays and stories. Each term is centred on a theme using a mixture of suitable material to introduce the wonderful world of the performing arts. The class begins with a warm up to get us focussed. The children use songs, games and exercises and then listen to a story or poem. This is then acted out with all the children taking part.
